Well, the weather is still warm ...a bit colder at night but daytime temperatures still around 25. Sunny beach is now like a ghost town, with just the usual restaurants open for winter trade.
We..Bulgaria SC  have already had bookings for 2013 for the Flores Park Complex, so this is very encouraging for the many owners that we have there. Bulgaria SC have taken on apartments in the St Vlas area, not as property management but more to increase their rental potential. Although the season is short we try to maximise the returns on your investment. Holidaying  in Sunny Beach and the Black Sea surrounding coastal areas is still very good value for money.

Wierd bulgaria!

The season is almost over and yet this is probably the best time to visit Bulgaria ..less crowds weather still good and the crazy drivers from inland have nearly all gone back! I have always questioned why they (tourist board) don't try and promote the "off seasons". Cost of flights I guess!
Village life is so peaceful, the village people are so friendly. Life revolves around growing fruit and veg and then preserving it for the winter months, tomatoes have never tasted so good!  

Hot weather continues in Bulgaria

This has to be the longest spell of hot weather we have had since coming here. It is now 7-8 weeks of high temperatures, no sign of rain, but it is getting a bit cooler at night.
Our apartments in Flores Park have all done well this year with an occupancy of around 95%. We are now seeing a great return on past visitors and hopefully we will continue this trend. The apartments are regularly checked and kept to a high standard. July and August have been full and we could have done with more quality apartments for clients.
June and September are quieter months for rentals, but the weather is still hot and as far as we are concerned these are the best times to visit Sunny Beach and the neighbouring villages. The storks have left early this year...does this mean we could be in for a cold spell soon!!!

Bulgaria holidays: Weather is Hot Hot Hot: Season almost over for another year. Been an interesting season met many new holiday makers that were renting our apartments, all seemed to have had a great time with many booking again for next year. The complex now has its own shop with reasonable prices also the Israeli restaurant has been doing really well. The swimming pool area is looking really picturesque making it a relaxing area to enjoy the sun.
